Cristin’s story

Cristin spent the first chapter of her career as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot, responsible for leading soldiers and planning missions from the mountains of Colorado to the river valleys of Afghanistan.

After leaving the military, she held corporate leadership positions focused on driving revenue growth.  At Ibotta and Homebot, she gained valuable experience leading sales and post-sales teams; and learned the role customer obsession plays in building great businesses. At Twilio / Sendgrid, she led strategic projects focused on streamlining operations and setting up the critical processes necessary to grow at scale.  Regardless of the size of the organization, she saw everyday teams that were capable of exceptional outcomes when focused on a unified mission and a common purpose.

As long-time resident of the Colorado Front Range, Cristin spends her leisure time skiing, hiking and cycling in the pristine Rocky Mountains. She enjoys improv comedy at her local community theater and mentoring military veterans through the career transition process. She hold a B.S from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
