Cristin’s story

I spent the first chapter of my career as a Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot, responsible for leading soldiers and planning missions from the mountains of Colorado to the river valleys of Afghanistan.

After leaving the military, I held corporate leadership positions focused on driving revenue growth.  At Ibotta and Homebot, I gained valuable experience leading sales and post-sales teams; and learned the role customer obsession plays in building great businesses. At Twilio / Sendgrid, I led strategic projects focused on streamlining operations and setting up the critical processes necessary to grow at scale.  Regardless of the size of the organization, I saw everyday teams that were capable of exceptional outcomes when focused on a unified mission and a common purpose.

As long-time resident of the Colorado Front Range, I spend my leisure time skiing, hiking and cycling in the pristine Rocky Mountains. I enjoy performing improv comedy and mentoring military veterans through the career transition process. I hold a B.S from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
